1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our estimated total delivery time is 7–13 business days from the date of purchase.
This usually includes:
- 2–3 business days for order processing and handling
- 5–10 business days for shipping transit, depending on the carrier and destination
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to freight scheduling, carrier delays, weather, or customer availability. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Home Upgrade Source manages customer support, order coordination, and post-delivery assistance for all orders.
2. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.
Any applicable shipping charges, if they apply, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Which carriers do you use for delivery?
We ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight carriers.
Carrier selection depends on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Large or oversized items are typically shipped via freight curbside delivery.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major secure payment methods, including:

- Discover
- Diners Club
- JCB
- UnionPay
All payments are processed securely and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
6. How do I request a return?
To request a return, please email support@homeupgradesource.com and include:
- your order number,
- delivery date,
- and the reason for the return.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
7. Are there any fees for returns?
Yes. A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to confirmed shipping damage or a verified defect.
Orders refused after shipment, canceled after dispatch, or returned because of incorrect shipping information may also be subject to the restocking fee.
8. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by the warehouse, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
9. What should I do if my package shows “delivered” but I have not received it?
First, please:
- check around your property and with household members;
- verify the shipping address used for the order;
- contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please contact us with your order number and we will review the issue with you.
10. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellation requests may be accepted shortly after an order is placed, as long as the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.
To request a cancellation, please email support@homeupgradesource.com as soon as possible. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
